Tucson is not just heat (although it does get very warm). It also has lovely rain and pretty cacti and great coffee. Check out its quirky downtown or just watch all the sunsets you possibly can.

Saw this mosaic on the Diocese of Tucson building... Little did I know I would be visiting Mission San Xavier del Bac in person a few days after this...

I admire Tucson's street beautification. The city makes sure to incorporate colorful designs into their bus stops, pavements, and doorways. It brings a colorful splash to the neutral desert backdrop.
